Easywater Septic (“Easywater,” “we,” “us”) provides septic pumping, cleaning, and inspection services in the Charlotte, NC and SC metro area. This page explains what information we collect through our website, booking system, and customer communications, and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you request service, book online, or contact us, we collect:

• Contact information: name, phone number, email address, and service address
• Booking details: service type, scheduling preferences, and property information relevant to the job
• Payment information, processed directly by Stripe (we don’t store your card details ourselves)
• Messages you send us by phone, text, email, or through Instagram/Facebook

Our website also automatically collects basic usage data (pages visited, general location, device type) through Google Analytics.

How we use it

• To schedule, confirm, and carry out the septic service you’ve requested
• To send appointment reminders, on-the-way notifications, invoices, and service reports by text or email
• To respond to messages you send us, including through Instagram and Facebook
• To improve our website and service based on how it’s used

We don’t sell your information to anyone.

Text messages & email

If you provide your phone number or email, we may send you service-related messages (appointment reminders, on-the-way alerts, invoices, review requests). You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or unsubscribe from email using the link in any message we send. See our unsubscribe page for details.

Who we share information with

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the business:

• Stripe, payment processing
• Twilio, text message delivery
• Resend, email delivery
• Google, website analytics (Google Analytics) and calendar scheduling
• Meta, if you message us on Instagram or Facebook, that conversation is handled through Meta’s messaging platform

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data on our behalf.

Requesting your data be deleted

You can request that we delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. Email contact@easywaterseptic.com with “Data Deletion Request” in the subject line and the phone number or email address associated with your account. We’ll confirm your request and remove your information within 30 days, except where we’re required to keep records (for example, completed invoices) for tax or legal purposes.
