Homestead includes monitoring only; pump-outs are billed separately at a 10% member rate. Homestead+ includes one pump-out per cycle (every 1.5–3.5 years). Property and Commercial are quoted per site based on tank size, grease volume, and compliance requirements. Pricing shown is estimated and confirmed at sign-up. Plans renew at term end and may be canceled prior to renewal. Easywater Septic is pre-launch: plans are waitlist-only until NC and SC licensing and permits are in hand.
